The Selection will be limited to the area of United Kingdom. People over 18 years of age and legally resident in the aforementioned territory may participate.
To apply for the selection it will be necessary to submit the application as per instructions indicated in the related application form available on the website uk.polar-ambassador.com.
Applications received through another channel different from the one described in the related application form, or outside the deadlines set, will not be accepted.
POLAR reserves the right to reassign the seat of any of the selected participants in the case of checking that the data provided were fictitious or invalid.
POLAR will choose the ambassadors following certain selection criteria among all the valid candidates that satisfy the required conditions. Sports challenges, personal values, charisma and general participation objectives will be valued.
The selected participants will be contacted by e-mail by POLAR and must accept their participation by answering within 7 days after the POLAR’s email. The non-confirmation, supposes the waiver and POLAR will automatically select another participant.

Selected participants will get an agreement with Polar. Only after reaching the agreement with Polar, the selected participant will become Polar Ambassador. What this means is that the selected participants understand and agree to act as ambassadors in line with Polar guidelines. The agreement and guidelines will be shared with the selected participants.

Participants in the selection agree that provided data can be used and treated, in order to manage their participation in the selection and exclusively for the aforementioned purposes.
POLAR intends that participation in the selection be made with equal opportunities and with strict respect for the rules of fair play. Therefore, any abusive or fraudulent use of these basis will result in the consequent disqualification of the participant and the consequent loss of any benefit he/she could have obtained. It will be understood, by way of example, that there is an abusive or fraudulent use of the selection when there is some kind of fraud or falsification in the data offered in the registration.
POLAR reserves the right to change, suspend or modify this selection when there is just cause or reasons of force majeure that preclude it from being carried out in the manner in which the Rules are collected. POLAR employees or companies that maintain a commercial relationship of agency or provision of services with any of them (as well as their immediate family members up to first degree of kinship) may not be registered in the selection in general, and may not obtain any benefits.
The participation implies the acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety, so the sense of non-acceptance of them will lead to the exclusion of the participant.
